We develop an individual career plan based on the seniority level of each Product Designer, with goals to advance their design skills (Product Thinking, Research, UX, and UI) and key soft skills (Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, among others).
You will be part of a design squad, to give and receive feedback, receiving guidance, channeling new ideas, and sharing best practices. During their weekly meetings, the squads operate in a collaborative and decentralized manner. The same reason why we use Figma for our design work.
You will also participate in bootcamps consisting of exercises and discussions on various topics, in addition to external training opportunities. At Aerolab, continuous learning and personal growth is a priority.
JS Full Stack Dev (Apps or Core Systems) y UI Dev (Design Systems or Visual Experience).
You will have the opportunity to develop your tech skills (Code Quality, Unit and Integration Tests, Performance & Accessibility, Infrastructure Basics, and Roadmaps) while also focusing on key soft skills (Customer Management, Negotiation, Communication, among others).
We will support you with an individual career plan, a personalized coaching system, and a competency matrix that outlines the skills required for each seniority level and how you can progress.
